More information:

Inspired by a classic Chinese game of dominoes dating from the Song Dynasty, Pai Gow poker is played both online and at normal casinos. Invented in the early 1980s by Fred Wolf, director of the Commerce Casino, it is played on a table for six players and a dealer. It allows players to manage two hands at the same time and bet on their value against the dealer. However, if your two hands are equal, the dealer always wins. The game begins with a betting round. Then, each player, players, dealer receives 7 cards. All must form two hands, one consisting of 5 cards, called High hand, and the other 2, called Low hand, the first being stronger than the second. To win money, your hands must be of higher value than the dealer. Pai Gow poker is played with a deck of 53 cards including a joker. It can replace an ace or form one of the following combinations: three of a kind, straight flush or flush. The combinations somewhat differ to Classic Poker. Here they are, from lowest to highest: jack, queen, king, ace, two pair, three of a kind , straight, flush, full, four of a kind, straight flush, royal straight flush and 5 aces. Furthermore, in Pai Gow poker, the following combination ace, 2, 3, 4 and 5 is considered as the second highest result after ace, king, queen, jack and 10.
