The Amaya group got an extension to finalise its tokeover on the developer Cryptologic.
Last December, through this post, we announced the company was interested in buying the entire share capital of Cryptologic.
The intitial deadline to complete the transaction expired on January 12th.
However, Amaya has been granted with an extension until February 2nd to make a firm and final offer to Cryptologic.
